How do I view or update a cardholder's details?

Once a card (Physical or Virtual) has been created, you can view the full details entered when the card was created, and some of these details can be edited (depending on the permissions and role level you have) – only the Cardholder address, mobile number and date of birth can be updated.

  1. Navigate to the account on which you want to update a cardholder’s details
  2. Select ‘Cards on this Account’ from the Account Options menu
  3. Select the card you want to view
  4. Select ‘View/Update cardholder details’ from the Card Options menu
  5. The details will be displayed and you can update the Cardholder’s address, mobile number and date of birth
  6. Select ‘Save changes’ once you are done editing. The updated details will be applied.
