How do I view and search Pending Payments?

The Pending Payments page only displays payments from the last seven days. Using search will locate any older pending payments.

Select ‘Pending Payments’ from the side menu.
Selecting ‘Search and filter’ will open a section where you can enter criteria to search. You can search by the BID (The payment reference starting with a P- ) if you know it, or set a date range to search within.
You can also filter the pending payments list by status: Pending, Error or Cancelled.
