How do I get a Proof of Account document?

The proof of account is a downloadable document stating the account’s details and that it is an account held by you with Modulr.

1. While viewing an account, select the ‘Account options’ menu next to the account’s alias, select ‘Download proof of account’.
2. The proof of account document will download as a PDF.
