Activate a physical card

post https://api-sandbox.modulrfinance.com/api-sandbox-token/cards/{id}/activate

Physical cards issued by Modulr will be mailed out to cardholders in an inactive state. A cardholder will need to have their card activated before it can be used. Cards can only be activated whilst they have a status of CREATED.
