Portal | New Virtual Cards Functionality in the Modulr Portal

We are excited to announce the extension of functionality in the Modulr Portal, designed for Direct Clients to effectively manage virtual cards for supplier payments. With this functionality you will be able to:

• Create unlimited virtual cards, which can be scheduled to pay suppliers within a specific authorisation window.
• Set up, use and manage Custom Reference Fields with cards, allowing additional information to be added to each card.
• Reconcile seamlessly with our new reports.

If you are interested in using this extended functionality, please get in touch with your Customer Success Manager to enable this.

Cards | New reports

You can now access new reports to assist with your reconciliation and general card usage by speaking to the Customer Support Team. The following reports are now available:

• Daily Card Activity - Details the previous day's activity including the controls that have been added to cards such as Custom Reference Fields.
• Monthly Card Activity - Details the previous month's activity including the controls that have been added to cards such as Custom Reference Fields.
• Daily Account Funding - Details the daily movement of money in and out of the account.
• Monthly Account Funding - Details the monthly movement of money in and out of the account.
• Daily Auth Window - Details the future dated authorisation windows for cards on an account.

Please be advised that the Customer Support team will also be able to assist if you want to modify the reports you receive or stop receiving a specific report.

Cards | Email notifications for the Daily Authorisation Window report

Authorisation Windows is an optional field that provides cardholders with the ability to define specific time periods during which their cards can be used to make transactions. This feature enhances security and control over card usage by allowing you to align transaction capabilities with your individual needs or spending habits. The Daily Authorisation Window report details the future dated authorisation windows for cards on an account.

Users with the Daily Authorisation Window report enabled will now receive an email notification with the report included, alongside a link to download it through the Modulr Portal. This makes it easier for you to fund your accounts appropriately for upcoming card transactions.

If you wish to stop receiving these notifications you can do so via the API at any time. For further details on card reports and notifications, including instructions on how to activate or deactivate these alerts, please consult this guide.

Onfido for Shareholders is coming soon! Verifying customers and gaining access to Modulr accounts will soon be a smoother and faster experience through the digital capture of proof of address and identity documents.

Onboarding | Onboarding European Businesses with the Modulr Portal

We're thrilled to announce that you will soon be able to use the Modulr Portal to onboard European businesses, enabling you to:

• Automatically populate business data from in-country business registers.
• Instantly verify the ID of business owners via our identity partner, Onfido.
• Save or send the application for completion by your client.

To streamline the process of creating a Virtual Business card, adding a Mobile Number is now an optional field.
