Approvals - Batch Payments | Scheduled Payment Date Column

A new Scheduled column is now live in the Approvals - Batch Payments screen in the Modulr portal. This column indicates the range of Payment Dates for the Batch, so you can better plan your account funding, and catch potentially unexpected immediate payments.

The column displays dates as:

• A range of dates (The earliest and latest date that Payments are scheduled for)
  • e.g. 27 Apr - 5 May 2023
  • A single date (When Payments are all scheduled for the same date)
    • e.g. 14 May 2023
• Just Immediately (When all the Payments within the Batch don’t have a scheduled payment date)
• Immediately followed by a date range (When there is a mix of Payments in the Batch with a scheduled payment date and without a scheduled payment date)
• e.g. Immediately, 27 Apr - 5 May 2023

Note: Where a Batch contains Immediately - it means there are payments present that could be sent Immediately - pending availability of funds.
