Customer Portal | Search & Filter Enhancements
We are excited to announce the first in a series of Customer Portal āsearch and filterā enhancements. Beginning with the Payment Approvals tab, we are rolling out improvements to how you use search and filter functionality across the Modulr portal. These improvements are making it faster to find/filter/action your payments, with advanced search, filtering, and usability improvements when accessing the portal from a browser on desktop and small devices.
From March, youāll find updated search and filter in the Approvals menu, with more sections of the portal to follow!
Direct Debit Collections | API to support switching
You can now move your Direct Debit Collections to Modulr using our API, which will support switching using either a transfer of your SUN or the underlying Direct Debit Instructions (the Bacs' āBulk Changeā process). The enhancements mean that your payers can be switched on specific date(s), with their DDIs (āMandatesā) loaded via API ahead of time, and in batches.
Please contact your Customer Success Manager for further information on this process and the benefits of moving your Direct Debit sponsorship to Modulr.
Minor Enhancements & Bugs Resolved
Cards | Fix to card tokens endpoint
We have addressed an issue within our 'Card Token' endpoint. Previously, Modulr did not return tokens that were directly linked to merchants, resulting in incomplete token data for our customers.
Going forward, all tokens will be included in the response, accompanied by the name of the associated merchant.
Please note that these changes will not affect the current usage of this endpoint or the handling of the responses provided.
